The Charge: Possession of 160 pounds of cannabis, including 59 pounds of THC vape cartridges and edibles, and 12 pounds of a substance containing psilocybin mushrooms.
The Outcome: Client was sentenced to first-offender probation, resulting in dismissal when successfully completed.

The Charge: Possession of over 57 pounds of cannabis
The Outcome: Initial offer by prosecution was eight years in prison. Final sentence was four years of probation.

The Charge: Possession of 100-500 grams of cannabis, punishable by up to three years in prison. Client initially arrested for driving while license suspended, officers found roughly a pound of cannabis.
The Outcome: Cannabis possession dismissed. Court supervision (no conviction) on driving while license suspended.

Class A Misdemeanors

Numerous charges of leaving the scene of an accident amended from misdemeanors to petty offenses, leading to no loss or driving privileges.

Leaving the scene of an accident is a Class A misdemeanor, which could result in a 364-day sentence in the county jail. Also, if the damage to the vehicle(s) exceed $1,000, this charge will result in suspension of driving privileges.
