What do I have to prove during my hearing?

The short version is that you have to prove that you will be a safe and responsible driver in the future. You do this by showing that you have been honest during evaluation, treatment, and the hearing, have received appropriate treatment, and understand and have changed your problematic use of alcohol and/or drugs.
